Construction of Experimental System of PLC Monitoring Network

Abstract:An experimental system of PLC monitoring network was constructed in laboratory using S7-200 PLC,data radios and LabVIEW.The system is composed of PLC stations,central station and net stations.In the system,the net stations could access the PLC stations through the network.The PLC stations and the central station are connected with data radios based on Modbus protocol while the net stations communicate with the central station through the laboratory LAN based on Web technology.Furthermore,various network technologies were discussed to be applied in the experimental system.
