Abstract:To save energy and raise the development efficiency of mechanical test system,the 2 000 kW AC drives test system is designed by using electric energy return and vector control technology,and the control software is developed based on Siemens WinCC software and S7-300 series PLC instead of the traditional combination of board and programming.Communications between WinCC and PLC are designed with MPI protocol.Using configuration and script together,the parameters setting,the data displaying,the report generation,the users management and the fault information management are implemented.PLC communicates with field devices by Profibus-DP to real time control devices and collect test data.Application results show that the designed test system runs steadily and reliably.This solution plays a certain reference role in the development of mechanical test systems.

Abstract:The transmission of data associated to one address between host computer and PLC was just unilateral during communicating between WinCC and SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC which based on Profibus protocol via EM277 module.Introduced the structure of data transmission.Proposed two resolving methods:one was reading data from database using VB-Script,and the other was reading data from PLC when the host computer just starts through self-defined protocol.The merits and demerits of them were analyaed.

WinCC is powerful PC monitoring configuration software, often need to read and write datum of master-slave PLC in the network. This paper discusses the method of direct communication between WinCC and master-slave PLC in the PROFIBUS network under the premise of not affecting communication between PLC in the network.

Abstract:In combination with the research and development of open CNC system,a new approach was proposed in which an external PLC is used in combination with numerical control system supervision computer and multiple axis motion control card to improve the security and reliability of the system,and the corresponding structure and relationship were explained.Serial interruption mode was studied and adopted to actualize the real-time communication between main computer and PLC.Serial communication protocol and technique were introduced between IPC and PLC,and the development of the communication program between IPC and PLC was expounded through the developed non-standard numerical control machine tool.The real-work application shows that the communication program between IPC,PLC and PMAC satisfies the operating requirements of numerical control machine tool.

Abstract:By analyzing the current serial communication, used in a popular monitor system composed of PC, GOT and PLC, introduced a new design and implementation plan of serial communication based on Vb and Programming Interface Protocol.System achieved the efficient, stable and reliable communication under simple attachment without any mitsubishi's special communication board.The communication applied mitsubishi FX series PLC programming interface protocol, no longer need to set up the D8120, simplified the PLC program; Under this protocol and based on VB6.0 development environment，write the serial communication program adapt to FX full series，the program make the PC can read/write the PLC soft equipment and forced ON/OFF directly.In the actual application, No matter accuracy and stability of communication were to achieve requirements of industrial control system.

Abstract:By analyzing the current serial communication design used in a popular monitor system composed of PC, GOT and PLC, introduced a new design and implementation plan of serial communication based on Vb and MX software pagekage. This system could solve the problem of managing complex communication protocol in current application, and achieved the efficient, stable and reliable communication under simple attachment. The system could not only have not to consider complex communication protocol but also need not to set up the D8120 PLC, and MX Component with other application such as GX Developer could use com port at the same time, so debug conveniently and programming high efficiency. In the actual application, No matter the accuracy and stability of communication were to achieve achieve industrial control system requirements.

Abstract:Abstract The design of control systems needs to ensure communication between multiple PLCs or external IoT devices. Furthermore, there are several ways of communication between them. This article dealt with the PLC communication based on TCP/IP protocol, and compared several communication options between two PLCs of the S7-300 and S7-1200 series connected using Profinet with a solution built in C# connected to the PLC via an OPC server. We used MODBUS TCP, TCON, and PUT/GET program blocks for comparison. We transmitted a digital Boolean data type and an analogue value of the integer data type via Profinet to read data from the S7-300 PLC and send data to the S7-1200. We compared the programming instructions standardly used as a client/server PLC programming with a Windows Forms application, and evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of this solution even when using external IoT devices. The solution was applied and successfully tested for communication between PLC S7-1200 and Nvidia Jetson Nano. We wrote program instructions for PLC in Siemens Tia Portal V15.

Abstract:On the basis of the system plan selection, choose the Serial/Profibus - DP gateway, through the software and hardware configuration, realizing the data heterogeneous communication between Modbus network and Profibus-DP network, completes the Siemens DCS and Schneider PLC equipment integration. The whole system has good stability and real-time performance. It can meet the requirements of industrial production. The heterogeneous system integration method can offer reference for Multi-pro-tocol system compatible.

Abstract:When a PLC (programmable logic controller) and microcomputer communicate in real-time systems, the technique of real-time communication between PLC and microcomputer is used in many areas. This paper researches the technique and solves the real-time communication problem between the PLC and microcomputer. We use the OMRON PLC and C++ program language, and use the example of real-time communication between PLC and microcomputer in control of a microwave transmitter to illuminate the basic means and technique in real-time system design and communication software design, including the core technique of real-time communication. This proves the validity and the value of this technology.

Abstract:Abstract In order to solve the problems of small system, single machine and single function operation of industrial robots and improve the automation of the system, Modbus-TCP protocol is used as communication platform to realize data exchange among industrial robot, vision system and main control PLC, and an automatic assembly control system composed of Siemens S7-1200 PLC, industrial robot, vision system, conveying line and assembly line is constructed. The application of the system in automatic identification and assembly line will improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.

Abstract:This article introduces the principle of remote serial communication by RS-485 series interface and the corresponding hardware configuration which can fulfill the communication function of the system. This system achieves the communication modularization of the CNC machine tools. At the same time, in order to ensure the reliability in the transmission, contraposing the problems possibly appeared in communication procedure, some rational resolvents are given in order to keep the data transmitted exactly. The system adopts the advanced language VC and assembled language to implement the communication programming design between PC and single-chip microcontroller.
