Abstract:Based on the shortcoming of traditional experimental teaching and according to the present situation and the characteristics of the manipulative experiment of plant pathogenic microorganisms,we carried out reforms to develop curriculum centering around working task,made post operating skill as the core,divided it into several teaching items with business process as the main line,integrate the theory and the practice and develop team-based experimental teaching centering around working task by applying item teaching method in plant pathology great experiments.This will have important directive significance to strengthen the reform of experimental teaching,enhance the experiment teaching quality,cultivate students' practice,work and creative ability.
