On the New Sense and Connotation of "Employer-oriented"

Abstract:The connotation of "employer-oriented" includes three levels:the dualism of school-running subjects of vocational education;the transfer of school-running subjects of vocational education;the regression of school-running subjects of vocational education.The concept of "employer-oriented" has rich meanings,and any of its three levels can result in the deep reform of school-running model of vocational education,such as organization framework,specialty setup,teaching plan,curriculum contents,talent cultivation process and teaching staff construction.Furthermore,there is interior connection between the connotation of the above three levels of "employer-oriented",and they have reached agreement on the view that the relationship of school and enterprise is the basic problem in the development process of vocational education.Therefore,how to build effective relationship between schools and enterprises naturally become the core problem of "employer-oriented" .
