Development Strategy,Restructuring and Upgrading and the Lead in Changing the Development Mode of Service Sectors in Yangtze River Delta

Abstract:In order to achieve the national goal of "two priority",Yangtze River Delta(YRD) region must promote economic transition and upgrading though the transition of development strategy,changing the "advantage" strategy into a "first mover advantage" strategy,for example,changing from learning and imitating into the innovating.At the industry level,this is to concentrate resources on the modern service industry and strategic emerging industries which represent the national competitiveness and the discourse power.The main issue to accelerate the economic transition is the construction of the service economy in the modern industrial system.Under the condition of the insufficient investment,high administrative barriers,and inadequate globalization of the service industry in the YRD region,changing the development mode of service industry should be the first priority to promote the economic transition of YRD region.
