Abstract:Ball transmission mechanism is a new type power delivery structure. Based on the merits and demerits analysis of belt, chain, gear and fluid drive, the ball transmission mechanism is put forward. The structure and working process of same or reverse direction ball transmission mechanism were described, and an application example of ball transmission bicycle was given also. There are many characteristics, such as higher transmission accuracy and efficiency, flexible spatial distribution, lower cost, etc. for the new structure, who can replace many traditional transmission mechanism in many application fields.

This assembly line besides was characterized with high automotive , it adopted the advanced servo control technology pro-vided by SIMOTION control system. So the flexible assembly can be realized. Abstract:Centered on reconfigurability and flexibility of automobile transmission assembly lines,and in application to automobile product family assembly sequence planning and reconfigurable assembly line design,the paper presents the design concept of main lines for reconfigurable assembly lines.The flexible architecture of the main lines and the manufacturing system′s reconfigurability accomplishment mechanisms are designed for the product family assembly sequence planning which is based on functional decomposition.Finally a systematic and intelligent structure for reconfiguring assembly lines is built by using multi-agent manufacturing.The system improves the flexibility of actual assembly lines.

Abstract:The control system of automobile assemble production line based on DeviceNet fieldbus was designed according to the layout of the First Automobile Group of China. The system structure and the powerful functions were detailed. The control system include 12 DeviceNet networks, more than 200 nodes and the bus stretch over 3 000 m away. The general technology level was ahead the world. It was indicated that the system improved the production efficiency greatly, and provide large economy benefit for the company.

Abstract:Mechanical transmission is the transmission device that makes the car forward and backward. Its high-efficiencytransmission function can not be replaced by other transmissions. The car with mechanical transmission canexercise the driver's coordination and give the driver a better overtaking experience. The strong traction forcemakes the car have problems such as impact and instability when shifting, which still needs in-depth research andimprovement in automobile manufacturing related industries. Based on the reliability analysis of transmissiongear extracted from ferrography characteristics of oil, this paper summarizes the reliability optimization design ofautomobile mechanical transmission gear. The model is solved and calculated by MATLAB programming, and thereliability optimization design result is finally obtained. Under the background of automatic and intelligentautomobile science and technology, relevant researchers need to study and analyze it, so as to put forwardtargeted optimization design scheme.

Abstract:The invention discloses a mobile rotary telescopic belt conveyor. The mobile rotary telescopic belt conveyor comprises a telescopic belt conveyor part; the telescopic belt conveyor part is hinged to the chassis, a tail centering rotary table is hinged to the lower side of the chassis, and the tail centering rotary table is fixedly arranged on the ground; a pitching mechanism is hinged between the chassis and the telescopic belt conveyor part, a left rotary wheel walking part and a right rotary wheel walking part are arranged under the chassis, left and right wheel swinging arms are arranged at the front end of the chassis, one ends of the left and right wheel swinging arms are hinged to the chassis, the other ends of the left and right wheel swinging arms are respectively hinged with the left and right wheel walking parts; a hydraulic system and an electronic control system used for driving the pitching mechanism to actuate, the wheel walking parts to walk, the telescopic belt conveyor part to stretch and retract are arranged on the chassis. The mobile rotary telescopic belt conveyor has the functions of self moving, rotation, pitching and stretching and retracting. The mobile rotary telescopic belt conveyor can automatically discharge on site, the belt conveyor can stretch, retract and carry out pitching. Besides, the continuous discharging in large scale can be finished automatically, the working efficiency is high, and the work such as discharging, stacking and shipment can be well carried out.

Abstract:The invention relates to a driving-redundancy automobile coating conveyor and belongs to the fields of mechanical manufacturing and transportation. The conveyor comprises two functional parts, namely a travelling mechanism and a lifting-overturning mechanism, as well as an automobile body holder which is arranged on the lifting-overturning mechanism, wherein the lifting-overturning mechanism comprises a redundancy parallel-connection mechanism and a connection mechanism; the redundancy parallel-connection mechanism is directly connected to the travelling mechanism and forms a whole body by being connected through the connection mechanism; the automobile body holder is arranged on the connection mechanism; and an automobile body to be processed is arranged on the automobile body holder. As a driving-redundancy way is adopted by the conveyor, the rigidity and the maximum dynamic loading capacity of the conveyor can be enhanced, so that the conveyor can be applicable for conveying automobiles with different models and sizes and the flexibility of the coating conveyor is increased.
