Abstract:The invention discloses a mine hydraulic rotary unloading platform. The mine hydraulic rotary unloading platform comprises a base with a lug boss on the middle part, a rotary supporting plate and a hydraulic cylinder, wherein one end of the rotary supporting plate is hinged with the top of the left side surface of the lug boss, the axis of a hinge shaft is parallel to the upper surface of the lug boss, the distance from the axis of the hinge shaft to the top surface of the lug boss is equal to that from the axis of the hinge shaft to the top surface of the rotary supporting plate, the tail end of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged with the lower part of the left side surface of the lug boss, the head end of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged with the lower surface of the rotary supporting plate, a hydraulic support is drawn by a winch to slide onto the upper surface of the rotary supporting plate, then the hydraulic cylinder is operated to be withdrawn, the rotary supporting plate rotates along the hinge shaft which is arranged between the rotary supporting plate and the left side surface of the lug boss, so that the hydraulic support is completely separated from a hydraulic support transport car, and then the unloading is realized. The operation efficiency is greatly improved, the device can be manually operated in the period, an operator does not need to be in contact with the hydraulic support, the potential safety hazard is reduced, and the mounting and dismounting cost of the hydraulic support can be reduced.
