Exploration of Applying Project Teaching Method in Traffic Design

Abstract:Through the project teaching method,the teaching reform of traffic design course is conducted to improve its efficiency and attraction,and build up students' ability of problem solving and project design.Four steps are proposed,namely,collecting knowledge and guiding thinking,clarifying project and selecting autonomously,exploring independently and learning from each other and concluding results and discussing.The results show that the proposed teaching method has good adaptability in teaching traffic design course,can improve the attraction of the course dramatically,and help students understand the whole process of traffic design and master the basic skills.
