Abstract:The mixed teaching mode and the emergence of massive open online course have triggered a new round of theoretical and practical exploration of classroom teaching reform worldwide. In view of the problems existing in the teaching of Road and Bridge Construction Organization Technology and Management, this paper combines the advantages of classroom teaching and massive open online course platform learning, and puts forward a series of reform measures in teaching contents, teaching methods and practical teaching. The research results have certain guiding significance for further improving the quality of professional teaching.. The essence of the mixed teaching method based on MOOC is to rely on MOOC service platform to realize the integration of online and offline. At present, in the course teaching, the teaching content and teaching form are lagging behind the development of the times, and the teaching material content lags behind the standard, which meet the requirements of the development of highway construction in our country. In the process of teaching the course of road and bridge construction organization technology and management, the contents closely related to the engineering practice should be taught according to the characteristics and development trend of the specialty and the course. In the process of guiding the course design of Road and Bridge Construction Organization Technology and Management, teachers should effectively guide and answer the problems encountered by students, leading students to play their main role, learn to use MOOC course to consult literature and learn to solve problems independently.
