The innovation and adjustment to the environmental law science theory——A perspective of ecologicalization of law science methodology

Abstract:Through an elaborate analysis on the development and difficult situation of the research methodology on Environment Law Science,this paper addresses the necessity of transformation for the Environmental Law Science research methodology,demonstrates that the focus of the transformation is the reform in the Environmental Philosophy.With the approaching of environmental era,traditional law theory is facing the challenge of being reconstructed under the circumstances of ecologicalization of the research methodology on Environmental Law Science.
