Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish the methods for quality control of Changwei tablets.METHODS:Citrus medica L.var.sarcodectylis and Cortex cinnamomi were identified by TLC qualitatively.HPLC method was used to determine costunolide,dehydrocostuslactone and cinnamaldehyde in Changwei tablets.RESULTS:The spots of TLC were clear and well-separated without interference from negative control.Costunolide showed good linearity in the range of 0.028～0.140 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 98.99% (RSD=1.48%,n=6);Dehydrocostuslactone showed good linearity in the range of 0.028～0.140 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 6) with an average recovery of 99.68%(RSD=1.39%,n=6);Cinnamaldehyde showed good linearity in the range of 0.024～0.120 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 7) with an average recovery of 100.10% (RSD=0.90%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The methods are specific and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Changwei tablets.
