Abstract:Objective To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods of Jiangtangziyabiti tablets.Methods Cervi Cornu Pan-totrichum,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Granati Pericarpium were identified by TLC.To establish the HPLC methods to determine the content of three ginsenosides:Rg1 ,Re and Rb1 in Jiangtangziyabiti tablets.Results Identification spots were clear,and this meth-ods was stable and reliable.The ginsenoside Rg1 control in 0. 0151 ~0. 4840 mg/mL range,good linear relationship,r=0. 9996,av-erage recovery=96. 20%,RSD=1. 58%;ginsenoside Re control in 0. 0584 ~0. 9340 mg/mL range,good linear relationship,r=1, the average recovery rate-102. 41%,RSD=1. 64%. ginsenoside Rb1 control in 0. 0689 ~1. 1020 mg/mL range,good linear rela-tionship,r=1,the average recovery rate=97. 15%,RSD=1. 36%. Conclusion This method is simple,reliable,stable and can con-trol the quality of ginseng in compound preparation.
