Integration of MES Planning and Scheduling for Steel Making

Abstract:The concept of "three integrations of planning and scheduling",i.e.the integration from plan layer,execution layer to control layer;the integration from time to space;and the comprehensive integration between time and space,is expounded.Aiming at the complexity of MES planning and scheduling of steel making,the four-dimensional integration technology and method based on data,knowledge,model,and man-machine coordination are proposed.The key technologies,including multi-agent technology of collaborative framework of the integrated planning and scheduling,grouping batch modeling technology of working procedure based on interval multi-objective decision,and plan model coordination technology based on resource optimization,are analyzed.These key technologies offer supervised significance to practice application.
