Regularity Analysis on the Multi-agencies Collaborative Response on City Emergency Incidents

Abstract:In city,the collaborative emergency response is quite significant to the allocation of resource and management efficiency.In this paper,the regularity of emergency response existing among different deparments in emergency collaborative system in a city of China was studied.The results revealed that more than two agencies might be involved into the emergency response,among them the emergency department was most frequently called which indicates emergency response has great requirement on the support resource.On the other side,the collaborative responses in different levels show significant clustering pattern for its lower degree of dispersion.Additionally,significant correlations between time series of responses was proved,which demonstrates that the emergency responses from different agencies are interactive and so it can be used to predict emergency incidents.
