Abstract:Objective:To probe into effect of hydration treatment for prevention of patients with contrast agent-related renal injury in different glomerular filtration rate(GFR) after accepting coronary artery intervention,so as to guide clinical work. Methods: A total of 139 acute coronary artery disease patients with normal serum creatinine after percutaneous coronary intervention were selected and divided into normal and abnormal group according to their GFR.All two groups of patients were given routine hydration therapy after intervention.Indexes including serum creatinine, glomerular filtration rate, blood urea nitrogen, serum β2-microglobulin,urinary microscale albumin,24-hour intake and output of all two group cases were compared before and after the intervention. Results: No occurrence of postoperative contrast induced nephropathy. In terms of postoperative 6 h,12 h urine volume, there were statistical significant differences between the two group cases(P<0.05).There were statistical significant differences in terms of blood urea nitrogen and serum β2-microglobulin levels between the two groups(P<0.05).On the 2nd day after operation,in terms of urinary microscale albumin level, there was statistical significant difference compared with that of before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion: Patients with normal serum creatinine existing some potential renal dysfunction, preoperative glomerular filtration rate calculation should be performed routinely. In clinical,by strengthening the hydration treatment could prevent contrast agent related renal injury for patients after percutaneous coronary artery intervention with different glomerular filtration rate.
