Research on S＆T Input-Output Chain Efficiency from Two-Stage Perspective：Evidence from 29 Provinces of China

Abstract:ST input-output process can be separate into two stages,on which technology is produced,transformed and applied.This paper constructs two-stage ST input-output chain model and studies data of 29 provinces in method of series network DEA,finds that there are differences between provinces or regions,divides all provinces into four categories,draws efficiency map of the two-stage ST input-output chain,reveals that increase the efficiency of ＇Target Stage＇ can increase efficiency of the ST input-output chain.
