Several Problems and Their Possible Solutions of Social Study-assisting System of the Self-taught Higher Education Examinations

Abstract:Social study-assisting system has played a key role in the development of China's self-taught higher education examinations.With the massification of China's higher education,the public desires higher quality.Facing the new situation,there are some problems existing in the social study-assisting system,such as the deviation between the management concepts and the development style,the university of benefit-oriented efforts ,the preference of passing examinations rather than learning,the general situation of inefficiency,the unitary of formation and methods.In addition,The internal management system is not perfect and a lack of external supervision and evaluation mechanism as well as the unbalanced development among cities and countryside are common.The main solutions to the problems include the complement of the laws and regulations of social study-assisting institutions,the enforcement of legal management,the establishment of evaluation and supervision mechanism of social study-assisting system,making full use of social study-assisting resources and paying more attention to private higher education institutions and vocational colleges.In order to set up a life-long educational system,the methods of strengthening the internet construction and the latest curriculum reform,broadening the self-taught examinations channel to the countryside,highlighting the educational function of social study-assisting system are necessary.
