Primary investigation on an evaluation system for teachers and teaching in research universities

Abstract:Establishing a comprehensive teaching evaluation system for research universities is one of the most important works.In the course of this process,university must adhere to scientific,impartial,creative and diverse principles,while fully taking into consideration the contribution of the teachers,and fully respecting the positive results of their work.We will seek to establish teaching supervision,peer review,student evaluation,and teacher self-assessment in a four-dimensional integrated assessment system,with scientific assessment of teachers and teaching,in order to effectively improve the level of enthusiasm and initiative for teaching activities among the teachers.
