Abstract:Organic chemistry experiment is an important basic course of chemistry and chemical engineering and other specialties.Traditional teaching methods generally use the combination of knowledge and skills to teach the students,that is,teachers explain the content before the experiment,then students independently do experiments,while teachers correct and standardize the experimental operation.With the development of the times,this teaching method is obviously outdated from the requirements of new talent cultivation.So we must strive to reform and innovate teaching methods.However,only using a single method of teaching to solve the problem radically is not realistic.For the problems faced by the organic chemistry experiment teaching,this research will integratedly use " special teaching method","flipped classroom teaching method"," participatory approach"," Web-based resource PBL teaching method" into the experimental teaching process.Meanwhile,based on the characteristics of curriculum,the research,which retains the essential characteristics of those methods,will be transformed and upgraded by integrating of a variety of teaching methods.As a result,it is obvious to see the practice teaching effect.

Abstract:Organic Chemistry is an important foundational course for all majors of traditional Chinese medicine. However, due to the high threshold for the introduction of this course and the characteristics of the learning situation in the ethnic minority areas of Southwest China, the teaching effectiveness of this course in all majors of traditional Chinese medicine in our school is unsatisfactory. Therefore, the teaching team conducted research and found that the key and pain point of teaching Organic Chemistry in our school's majors of traditional Chinese medicine is how to learn more difficult content in less teaching time. The key to solving this problem lies in adopting what kind of "lively and interesting" teaching method to transmit "highlighted content" in less teaching time. Based on this, the teaching team has carried out reforms in three aspects: "humanization of teaching presentations", "case-based teaching design" and "digitalization of teaching resources" for Organic Chemistry, which have achieved significant results. However, more precise and personalized teaching methods are still the direction for the next reform.

Abstract:: To cultivate students’ innovative ability and practical ability, as well as to help them comprehensively master the theoretical knowledge and experimental skills of organic synthesis experiments, teaching exploration and practice of combining research and systematicness in organic synthesis laboratories have been carried out. In the process of designing the curriculum and teaching, we should implement ideas, methods, and teaching reforms that are student-centric. From the viewpoint of enhancing teaching reforms, teaching methods, assessment methods, and other teaching links that explore research, science, and education integration should be combined with the actual classroom teaching, advocate heuristic, and inquiry teaching methods. Applying Situational Teaching Method to Basic Organic Chemistry Experiment Course

Abstract:Facing the problems in college students' innovative ability training in the basic organic chemistry experiment course,this research,first of all,pointed out the problems in traditional teaching method,and analysed the causes of these problems,which mainly include the lack of teaching content design and situational design. Then,situational teaching method was used in the course owing to its methodological advantages. Five specific situational design methods were thus put forward. The application of the teaching design and the teaching effects are illustrated with case studies. With proper application of situational design,students' interests in chemical experiments can be stimulated and their ability of practice and innovation can be cultivated.
