Abstract:Under the condition that the content has been determined,how to raise the students' interest and enthusiasm in the course is the task explored by teachers diligently. Through the comprehensive application of various teaching methods in the introduction of life science experiment to fully stimulate students' interest in the course,to improve the students' enthusiasm,and to cultivate students' interest in research good results has achieved. The methods include: revealing the experimental life meaning to improve the enthusiasm of the students; introducing the problemsteaching method to improve students' ability of analyzing and solving problems; as far as possible,letting students themselves operate apparatus and instruments,to cultivate the students' practical ability,mean while guiding the students to carefully observe the phenomenon so as to stimulate students' research interest; It is showed that the experimental results expand the influence of curriculum.
