Abstract:An upper computer system of high-end loom machine based on ARM and CAN bus communication which embedded Linux system was designed to realize the effective control of intelligent loom machine.The hardware platform was mainly built using embedded microprocessor based on AT91SAM9261 kernel of Atmel company and CAN bus controller MCP2515 of Microchip.The software design was implemented in the Linux system including GUI application design and CAN bus device driver realization.Debugging results show that this system works stably and fast,and it can satisfy the control of loom machine system.

Abstract:A scheme of building automation system based on CAN bus was proposed,which included hardware and software design of main control modules,CAN modules,communication modules. According to the CAN protocol standard,an application layer protocol for the signal acquisition was set up,which contained the definition of extended frame format with 29 Bytes of ID with four different functions and the design of the data format. With this protocol,the speed and the reliability of transmission were improved.

Abstract:The central processor is 16-bit ARM71DMI kernel-based RISC MCU which applies separated address and data bus,while CAN controller has multiplex address and data bus through the address locking signal ALE.The voltage level of ARM is 3.3 V while the CAN controller is 5 V.In order to carry out transparent link,a programmable technique that converts the time-sequence of the data and control signal between MCU and CAN controllers is performed through a piece of CPLD chip is proposed.Redundant methods of CAN bus and the CANaerospace protocol is discussed in the paper.

Abstract:CAN Bus had been considered as a kind of mature serial communication bus because of its highly reliability,better stability,strong capacity of resisting disturbance,high communication rate,low costing of maintaining and also benefited in strong real-time,good opening data sharing and so on. Due to its wide application,the extended demands would be proposed either. The CAN bus controller could be implemented into various of embedded SoC system based on CAN bus controller IP's advantages in its general processor access interface,good transportability. Proposed the function and character of CAN bus controller IP core and achieved the function of CAN controller with help of Verilog language based on the features of CAN bus protocol. According to simulation and FPGA verification,the design had been proved as correct at last. Abstract:CAN-bus is a typical bus control technology, and is now widely applied in many areas.In view of the characteristics of the electric vehicle body, this paper puts forward a plan that applies CAN-bus technology to build electric vehicle body network. In terms of the electric vehicle body system, it needs to resolve several issues: One is to simplify electronic wiring harness as far as possible, and the other is to ensure the normal data communications. In this article, the body electrical is divided into different nodes in accordance with the principles of proximity, each node controls a certain area of electrical equipment, and at the same time, communicates with other nodes through CAN bus. CAN bus used SAE1939 agreement and defined message through this agreement. Each body node of the circuit includes main circuit board and extended board. The main circuit can achieve the requirements of data communications; the extended board can achieve the expansion of body electrical. The circuits are divided into several modules in application with circuit modular design approach. Every module was respectively developed by embedded software system through some software development tools, at the same time, tested the entire body CAN network communications systems. After the test, the entire body of communications network can meet the requirements.

Abstract:MCU AT89C52,USB controller,PDIUSBD12 and stand-alone CAN controller SJA1000 are choose to design the information collecting circuit and CAN-USB adapter.Many methods,such as photocoupler isolation,hardware filter,slope control mode are adoped to ensure the stability of the hardware system.The CAN-USB adapter makes good use of the advantage of the CAN and the USB to realize the long distance transfering,which is a stable and high speed communication system.Based on the hardware platform,the following designs are completed,including the CAN node communication,the firmware of the CAN-USB adapter,the PC host driver program and the application program,then the communication of the CAN node can be realized.

Abstract:At present,each control signal transmission of most electric trucks has its own independent signal lines.The lines are complicated and lowly reliable.Targeting at such defects,this paper applies AT90CAN128 single chip with embedded CAN controller as the processor and designs a control handle based on CAN bus.The control handle can transport cargoes rapidly and it can flexibly produce a buffer when lifting or lowering cargoes.It also gets functions like snail running and emergent turning around to ensure trucks' safety.According to these functions and structure features of CAN bus,this paper designs corresponding communication protocols and describes both the software and hardware of the control handle in detail.Experiments show This kind of CAN bus control handle proves to be of simple lines,good security and high reliability.

Abstract:The traditional method of motor control has the disadvantages of complex structure, low control precision and difficult operation. At present, controller area network (CAN) bus is widely used in the automotive field, especially in the motor control. CAN bus has the advantages of low cost and wide application fields. In view of this, a method of STM32 CAN bus control motor is proposed. This paper mainly includes MCU, clock circuit, reset circuit, power module circuit, motor controller module circuit, CAN bus interface circuit. Abstract:A real - time fuzzy control algorithm is presented in this paper, and the realization way for a class of motion control systems is analyzed; then the fuzzy motion control system based on CAN field bus is implemented. Both the overall architecture of the system and the design of field motion controller are proposed here. The experiments results show that the proposed fuzzy control system has better performance in the rapid response real - time and precision and is useful in motion control system.
