Abstract:A real - time fuzzy control algorithm is presented in this paper, and the realization way for a class of motion control systems is analyzed; then the fuzzy motion control system based on CAN field bus is implemented. Both the overall architecture of the system and the design of field motion controller are proposed here. The experiments results show that the proposed fuzzy control system has better performance in the rapid response real - time and precision and is useful in motion control system.

Abstract:To solve the deficiency existing in the original on-board measurement system of a test vehicle,a new on-board measurement system is presented based on CAN bus.By analyzing the existing CAN bus application level protocol of the test vehicle,CAN bus application level protocol of a new on-board measurement system is obtained from test,and relevant interface circuit is implemented.The designed measurement system fully utilizes the existing CAN bus signal of the test vehicle and uses CANcardXL data acquisition card and CANoe software to realize in-phase data acquisition of the test vehicle and the exterior CAN bus.Validity of the new measurement system is proved by road test.

Abstract:This paper presents the design and implementation of network controller which based on the Data Link Layer's specification of a lightweight sensor-oriented fieldbus protocol, that is sensor network protocol. The controller is packed with AVALON standard peripheral interface. It can be treated as a normal intellectual property core in project design, so that the operation on it is simplified as reading or writing on register. The test results show that the controller meets the requirements of the specification in the frame identification, arbitration, checking and so on. A follow-up application developing basement can be found easily on this controller.

Abstract:The article describes in detail intelligent bus measurement and control system (IBS) which are based on CAN bus, Modbus communications protocols and Transducer Electronic Datasheet (TEDS). Measurement and control system are constituted by the host computer, nodes, and the bus. The host computer is the master node of the measurement and control system, realizing the control of salve node, the display of measurement results as well as interaction with the user. The slave node consists of the signal processing unit, the TEDS information storage unit, communication unit and an AVR microcontroller, for the measurement of physical variables, actuator control and data interaction. The system has been successfully applied to large-tumor magnetic induction therapy equipment, which is very stable and reliable.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of inconvenience in network construction, short transmission distance of RS232 and non-intelligence audio device with different interface for network, this paper presented a design of the audio intelligent control network based on CAN(Controller Area Network)-Bus. The topology of audio control network, structured models of ICANNet and hardware are firstly discussed. Then the protocol of transport layer and application layer and software of intelligent control network is studied. Finally the test results were given to demonstrate the feasibility and reliability of the design.

Abstract:In this paper, a multi-node data acquisition and analysis system for the development of AT ECU (electronic control unit)is designed. The system acquires data from each node on the bus and sends the data to PC through CAN card, while designing data display, storage and analysis system on PC through LabVIEW8.6 platform in order to monitor control signals and state parameters of the automatic transmission in real-time. This system can improve the efficiency of data processing and shorten the development cycle for ECU by analyzing the data acquired. © 2011 IEEE.

Abstract:CAN-bus is a typical bus control technology, and is now widely applied in many areas.In view of the characteristics of the electric vehicle body, this paper puts forward a plan that applies CAN-bus technology to build electric vehicle body network. In terms of the electric vehicle body system, it needs to resolve several issues: One is to simplify electronic wiring harness as far as possible, and the other is to ensure the normal data communications. In this article, the body electrical is divided into different nodes in accordance with the principles of proximity, each node controls a certain area of electrical equipment, and at the same time, communicates with other nodes through CAN bus. CAN bus used SAE1939 agreement and defined message through this agreement. Each body node of the circuit includes main circuit board and extended board. The main circuit can achieve the requirements of data communications; the extended board can achieve the expansion of body electrical. The circuits are divided into several modules in application with circuit modular design approach. Every module was respectively developed by embedded software system through some software development tools, at the same time, tested the entire body CAN network communications systems. After the test, the entire body of communications network can meet the requirements.

Abstract:An upper computer system of high-end loom machine based on ARM and CAN bus communication which embedded Linux system was designed to realize the effective control of intelligent loom machine.The hardware platform was mainly built using embedded microprocessor based on AT91SAM9261 kernel of Atmel company and CAN bus controller MCP2515 of Microchip.The software design was implemented in the Linux system including GUI application design and CAN bus device driver realization.Debugging results show that this system works stably and fast,and it can satisfy the control of loom machine system.

Abstract:Aiming at the features of data arm,i.e.multiple motor driving and multiple sensor information acquisition,the communication strategy based on CAN bus for data arm is proposed.Through CAN bus,the measured and controlled joint nodes of slave computers and the host computer are connected for implementing distributed measurement and control.On this basis,the CAN bus protocol suitable for data arm communication with modular structure is established to coordinate the information streams on the bus and reduces the time required for bus conflict arbitration.The system features highly precise data transmission,excellent real-time performance,stable operation,and easy connection.It meets the requirements of data arm upon real-time performance and reliability,etc.

Abstract:The traditional method of motor control has the disadvantages of complex structure, low control precision and difficult operation. At present, controller area network (CAN) bus is widely used in the automotive field, especially in the motor control. CAN bus has the advantages of low cost and wide application fields. In view of this, a method of STM32 CAN bus control motor is proposed. This paper mainly includes MCU, clock circuit, reset circuit, power module circuit, motor controller module circuit, CAN bus interface circuit. This method has the advantages of simple control, simple operation and wide application.

Abstract:This paper illustrates the development of the automatic measurement and control system (AMCS) based on control area network (CAN) bus for the engine electronic control unit (ECU). The system composes of the ECU, test ECU (TECU), simulation ECU (SIMU), usb-CAN communication module (CRU ) and AMCS software platform, which is applied for engine control, data collection, transmission, engine signals simulation and the data conversion from CAN to USB and master control simulation and measurement. The AMCS platform software is designed with VC++ 6.0.This system has been applied in the development of engine ECU widely.

Abstract:In this paper,a design method of combine harvester threshing performance parameters collector based on CAN bus is introduced.Each CAN intelligent control is built by LM3S8962.And taking advantages of CAN multi-master communication,each node sends the collected data to the PC.By PC processing and control,the threshing cylinder of combine harvester intelligent acquisition and control is realized.In addition,the monitoring software interface that based on Labwindows/CVI is designed to provide the operator a friendly user interface and operating platform,which achieves real-time data display and storage.This system is flexible,reliable,anti-jamming and the communication speed is high,which is a good solution to combine harvester data acquisitionand control system.

Abstract:Based on CAN bus technology and SAE J1939 protocol, a module design for vehicle information acquisition and diagnosis based on Cortex-M3 core microcontroller is presented. The packet and content format of SAE J1939 protocol, and the design of hardware and software are described in detail, in addition the links needing to be noted in the design are pointed out. By reading and processing CAN bus and sensor's data, the module can provide the data about vehicle conditions reliably. Furthermore, it can be integrated in other vehicle products such as vehicle multimedia system and virtual digital meters.

Abstract:In order to solve the logic structure which is getting more and more complicated in the industry control system, based on the network monitor system, using the embedded Linux operation system, put forward a comparably complete resolve method of the design and implement based on the network bus controller. Using the RS-232 and CAN controller bus to communicate with the I/O node, and implementing the real-time monitor of the underlayer, the main console can directly connect into the Internet with the network function of the embedded system, passing the information of the system trouble to the main console, implementing the long -distance diagnosis. This system runs stably during the test and the network delay is less than 100ms, this system has the potential application value after being extended.

Abstract:According to the communication and control requirement of multi-channel Control Area Network(CAN) bus by the HLA simulation platform, this paper described a embedded PowerPC system based method of design and implementation of multi-channel CAN communication platform. The corresponding Linux multi-channel CAN device driver has also been developed. This flexible system can connect to different number of CAN daughter boards.
