Propensity Score Matching , Aid Dependence and Aiming Mechanism:Based on the Experience Analysis to the Implementation of Social Assistance System

Abstract:To understand the implementation status of social asisstance system better,the author tentatively use the practical investigation of microscopic household data,combining with the propensity score matching methods,to analyze the current Chinese social assistance system for poverty families and the problem such as the effects of the aiming mechanism.The analysis result shows that China's social assistance methods resulted in a significant change in the economic and social system transition process.And from the perspective of "aid dependence",China's social assistance system can avoid the "aid dependence" to a certain extent in the setting of the process.To solve this problem,we analyze the assistance family response on re-employment treatment.Through their re-employment behavior changes,we put forward to avoid the negative effects of family members in employment market.
