Forecast of the Knowledge Innovation Talents Demanded in the Universities During the Coming 10 Years

Abstract:The high-level talents of knowledge innovation play a key role in the innovative development of Chinese universities.They are also the first resource of the furious international competition among the countries,especially in grasping the strategic initiative and achieving development targets.In the view of the highly cited,this paper analyzes the fundamental state of high-level talents of knowledge innovation in different countries,it can be found in this paper that the standard of national economy development,science and technology input and higher education development will make obvious affect on high-level talents demanding.And there is also a forecast of the demanding situation of high-level talent in Chinese universities during the coming 10 years.
