Abstract:The title compound, [Ni(C3S5)(C6H16N2)], contains a four-coordinate Ni atom which is bonded to two S atoms from the 2-thioxo-1,3-dithioie-4,5-dithiolate (dmit) ligand and to the two N atoms of the N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine ligand. The mean Ni-S and Ni-N bond lengths are 2.169(4) and 2.003 (9) Angstrom, respectively.
