Abstract:Training quality of outstanding engineers is the signpost of whether "the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers(PETOE)" participant universities could train qualified outstanding engineers and is fundamental to the success of the main goal of PETOE.This paper tries to systematically analyze and research the quality assurance of outstanding engineer training,a significant and core subject from nine parts,including the factor analysis of effecting training quality of outstanding engineers,the core content of total quality management of talent training,the construction of quality assurance system for outstanding engineers training,the process monitoring of the training quality of outstanding engineers,the continuous improvement of the training quality of outstanding engineers,the quality assurance for enterprise study of outstanding engineers training,the construction of universities quality culture,and dealing with several relations required by quality assurance,etc.,in the hope of providing advice and reference for PETOE participant universities to train outstanding engineers to meet the demand of professional quality standard.
