Abstract:From the governance theory research perspective and basesd on a in-depth analysis of the actual challenges which our society is now facing with,this article proposes a harmonious rural governance goal.Besides this,in line with the people oriented governance philosophy,this article also makes a full exposition of a harmony governance model which is characterized by multiple independent and cooperative win-win,and put forwards some concrete suggestions.
