Information Collaboration Model for Modular Product Based on SM

Abstract:In the background of globalization, the information collaboration has become more and more frequent. On the purpose of improving the collaboration, we propose this model for modular products based on the SML technology. According to the features of the modular product, this model consists of two sub-models: the unified SM pool model and the information collaboration model. The first one aims for provide unified SM for enterprises. And it also provides the foundation for information collaboration. Based on the features of modular products, the second one makes work on the interface information modeling for modular products. For further illustration, two collaboration applications are introduced in this paper: information collaboration in enterprise and with others. And based on this model, a software platform system is developed to support the collaboration.
