Abstract:One Belt One Road (OBOR) initiative is a paramount national strategy of China, which greatly promotes the technical innovations like those in the nuclear energy industry. The Chinese HPR1000 reactor, with independent intellectual property rights, has been exported to various countries all over the world. China's nuclear energy industry is undergoing a rapid development, which demands large numbers of experts specializing in the nuclear energy. Thus, qualified PhD students play a pivotal role in this process. Moreover, the nuclear energy industry encounters ceaseless real-world stateof-the-art problems, and academic researches generally feed on them that would finally become the PhD students’ theses and dissertations. Therefore, the paradigm for intimate university-industry partnership is required. The universityindustry collaboration system provides an effective approach to cultivating high-level talents for the nuclear energy industry. Since 1996, Tsinghua University (THU) has cooperated with companies such as China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) to enroll 60 students orientated to the nuclear energy industry every year, approximately10%-15% of which would subsequently pursue doctoral degrees. This paper will illustrate, build, optimize and investigate the training mode for PhD students majoring in the nuclear science and engineering based on the university-industry collaboration system in THU. The newly established training mode includes some vital elements like the nine-year persistent system, four-supervisor cooperative cultivation and project-oriented exploratory research.

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of cultivating senior talent who major in nuclear science and tech-nology,University of South China(USC)has carried out curriculum construction for nuclear reactor safety a-nalysis in teaching staff,teaching content,teaching method,teaching means,teaching condition,teaching documentation,teaching management and so on. Some primary achievements have been made. The practical exploration on curriculum construction for nuclear reactor safety analysis will play a good demonstration and radicalization role in courses construction of nuclear engineering to the domestic universities and colleges.

Abstract:The course design of nuclear reactor engineering is an important practical teaching activity in the ordinary high school education,which can cultivate professional engineers in the field of nuclear reactor engineering.Being short of nuclear reactor device,ordinary high school which cultivates nuclear reactor professional engineers has a dominating difficulty in carrying out practice teaching.So,it is necessary to design the course well.Several attempts have been made to explore a feasible pattern in university of south China,including the chosen of practice teaching hardware and software,subject,teaching process,mutual instruction,exercise,assessing grade,summing up,and so on.Based on above attempts,it maybe provide some suggestions to find out a suitable pattern for the nuclear reactor engineering course design in the ordinary high school education of People's Republic of China.

Abstract:The postgraduate education of professional degree of clinical medicine and the standardized training system forresidency, as the important part of the personnel training of medical and health work in China, both have consistency in terms of training objectives and training processes. How to realize the integration of these two aspects is very meaningful. Nanjing Medical University launched pilot projects and made some explorations in the above-mentioned area. This paper introduces the “two-way integration” training mode of Nanjing Medical University, and puts forward reasonable suggestions.

Abstract:The production practice is a key process in the nuclear reactor engineering of the ordinary high school education,which can cultivate professional engineers in the field of nuclear reactor engineering,and it is an effective approach for the relation of major knowledge with the production practice,thus affecting the student's social adaptability directly.The University of South China carried out the exploration of production practice on nuclear reactor engineering in China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE) at June of 2011.The sufficient preparative work,stringent practice supervision and ascendant hardware and software in CIAE assured that production practice work was developed reliably.Both the student recognition and appraise from the practice unit have shown that production practice on nuclear reactor engineering is successful.

Abstract:Training independent innovative ability for undergraduates is an important task of the modern higher education. Training mode of the independent innovative ability is an important subject of university teachers. A training mechanism of "coupling of commonalities and characteristics"and a process mode of multidimensional roundabout experimental innovation were proposed in this work. Abstract:The main cause of that the universities cannot offer talents who hold innovation and practical ability to enterprises is the lack of experimental training in universities. To solve the problem,authors present a new experimental mode of"five-step circulation and three-part in one"which is supported by university-enterprises co-operation. The mode emphases that students are main body,study should combine practice,and trains the profile and career competencies.The mode requires that teaching,learning and experiment should gather together. We applied the mode to design the experimental course of manufacture of welding structure. It is proved that the mode can promote the studying activity and practical ability of students,the quality of teaching is improved obviously. It may help to solve the problem of"employment difficulty"and"lack of talents".

Abstract:Innovation is an important way to promote economic development and social progress. Recent years have seen rapid development of biological sciences. In response to social demands and the needs for developing an innovative country, fostering innovative talents in the field of biosciences has become a significant initiative supported by national policies and the needs from talent market. Taking the innovative talent training mode implemented by Zhejiang Normal University in the field of biological sciences as an example, this paper comprehensively introduces several key aspects of the mode. This includes establishing a mentorship system as the foundation, carrying out curriculum reform through project competitions and practical platforms, and promoting synergy among industry, academia, and research in talent training. This training mode has achieved positive results in practice, promoting the training of outstanding innovative talents in biological science majors, and may facilitate the reform of talent training in similar majors.

Abstract:The engineering practical courses mainly cultivates students'ability to master the engineering application.However,a typical problem is that students lack the engineering capacity.The reasons is that the teachers have almost no practical experience in engineering,and lack of the engineering application training during the teaching process.To address this issue,a blended teaching mode of"double teachers and double classrooms"has been proposed and implemented in national first-class courses.Relying on the national engineering practice education center jointly built with enterprises of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co.,Ltd.,we invited experienced engineers to teach applications on engineering sites through smart classrooms,audio and video synchronization.Combined with summer production internships in enterprises,the combination of engineering and learning,theory and practice have been achieved,transformation of basic knowledge into application capabilities for students is promoted.The blended teaching mode of"double teachers and double classrooms"can provide beneficial reference for the reform and innovation of engineering practical courses teaching.

Abstract:“Student-centered” is the essential requirement of higher education in the new era, and the inevitable requirement of the reform of higher education talent cultivation mode, as well as the starting point and end-result of the innovation of teaching mode. College of Electronic Information Engineering of Inner Mongolia University takes the opportunity of Undergraduate Engineering Education Accreditation and Undergraduate Professional Certification to explore the “student-centered” talent cultivation mode, building “students as the center, learning + teaching + innovative practice experience” ternary supporting talent cultivation mode. To be specific, “student-centered” innovation talent cultivation as the main line, “virtue and goodness” and “dedication to learning and innovation” as the cultivation objective, cultivating students’ knowledge, ability and quality as the fundamental, three measures are adopted to cultivate high-quality specialized technical talents. The measures mainly include building a diversified cultivation system to promote the transformation of students’ learning mode, deepening the reform of curriculum structure to promote the transformation of teachers’ teaching mode, building a platform for entrepreneurship and innovation education to enhance students’ practical experience. Practice shows that the mode can help students form comprehensive literacy to solve practical problems, forward-looking professional vision and autonomous lifelong learning ability.
