Abstract:The teaching deliberation among university teachers is an important way to promote the teachers' professional development and the co-operation cultural creation in universities.However,at present,the teaching deliberation among university teachers tends to utilitarian,a mere formality,and forced the task and so on.The root causes are the one sided orientation of utilitarian values-oriented evaluation;lack of the teachers' theoretical understanding of the teaching academic content and the value of teaching deliberation and cooperation;the universities' hierarchy organizational structure and Corresponding management model inhibit the formation and development of the culture of teaching deliberation and cooperation,covering the full realization of its ideal value.Culture as the deepest thing,is formed in long-term accumulation,which has strong function of orientation,cohesion and education to schools' long-term development and teachers' continued growing.It needs to cultivate a new culture of teaching deliberation and cooperation gradually by establishing long-term evaluation system to encourage teachers to cooperate and deliberate;by deepening the teachers' understanding of the value of teaching researching and cooperation ;by restoring and reconstructing the vitality of teaching and research organizations.
