Abstract:For a nation,its educational modes should be siutable its culture.This paper studies the two questions: How should a college practice the concept of cultivating students through culture How should a college develop its function of cultural heritage and innovation This paper insists upon the idea that to keep improving the quality is the key higher education,which means that the idea should be developed in the professional training,scientific research,social service and cultural heritage and innovation.In order improve the quality of higher educaion,colleges must enhance cultural inheritge and innovation,which requires two kinds of self-consciouness: the cultural self-consciousness and the self-consciousness of cultural qualityu education.
