Abstract:China's legal profession is a new profession emerging in the process of China's rule of law. Its development and refinement are increasing in accordance with the rapid social, economic and political development. However, as a lawyer, people need to learn real kung fu. For complex and changeable legal practice problems, people should use the simplest and most effective way to solve them. Therefore, it is necessary to study the curriculum of law specialty to achieve its purpose. It is also necessary to reform the traditional education methods, introduce modern scientific and technological means, and improve their effectiveness, so as to construct a practical teaching mode of Professional Courses in Law (PCL). For practical legal courses, it can be conducted through multi-mode low-resource language learning method. This paper aimed to study how to study the ability of students to obtain information, process information and analyze and process information based on intelligent multi image feature fusion. Based on the investigation of teaching objectives and teachers' teaching requirements, and the analysis and arrangement of the investigation results, a multi task learning system model based on image intelligent features was established. In this experiment, 494 valid questionnaires were used to analyze the current situation of PCL practical teaching. Among them, 10.32% and 65.59% of the students were very satisfied with the results of PCL practical teaching, and 18.02% and 59.31% of the students liked PCL practical teaching very much; in the survey on the influencing factors of PCL practical teaching activities, 61.34% of the students thought that the students did not know enough and were not enthusiastic enough. On the whole, the students are satisfied with the practical teaching arrangement of PCL, but from the actual situation, the effect of practical teaching is not very good, and the expected goal has not been achieved.

Abstract:The practice of “integration of law and business” in universities has a history of nearly twenty years in China. With the maturity of China’s market economy system, the cultivation of compound talents of law and business become more and more important in the future development of business majors and law majors in universities. This paper mainly adopts literature research method and induction and summary method to collect the relevant literature of the “integration of law and business” curriculum construction and talent training path in the four platforms, and summarizes and analyzes the specific practices in the university running practice. Through research, it is found that in the past five years, the trend of “integration of law and business” in running schools in domestic colleges and universities has been rising, and many business majors in colleges and universities implement the integration of law and business in related courses such as “Economic Law”, “International Economic Law” and “International Trade Law”. Construction of the team of compound teachers of law and business and emphasis on practical teaching are the core part of the cultivating compound talents of law and business. Combing through the historical practice of the training of complex talents of law and business in domestic colleges and universities is helpful to provide reference and guidance for other colleges and universities to carry out the reform of the integration of law and business education, and is conducive to deepening and improving the training mechanism of complex talents of law and business, and train talents who can truly meet the needs of economic and social development.

Abstract:During the reformation exploration and practice of New Liberal Arts in Foreign-related Digital Trade Legal Talent Training, which pursues to overcome homogenization of talent training, the curriculum system, as the foundation, should aim at integration and new development of New Liberal Arts, and be output-oriented on new requirements of Foreign-related Legal Talents for new technologic economy in digital trade. With the goal of characteristic training of specific legal talents cross professionally with law and foreign language, and cultivation of professional characteristics of digital trade, the curriculum system should be constructed under a four-dimensional structure with core specialty, fusion elements, distinct identity and occasional ability development. The latter two are respectively created by the module of courses relating foreign-related digital trade laws, and broken through by the module of courses involving English for Special Purposes in legal.

Abstract:Applied national law talents are a kind of specialized talents who are familiar with the legal phenomena of ethnic relations, can skillfully apply legal knowledge and ethnological knowledge to solve ethnic and legal problems, and have strong practical ability. This kind of personnel training cannot be separated from a reasonable teaching system. The author puts forward the path of constructing the teaching system of applied national law talents, and designs three teaching modes: Reading Teaching and Mark Teaching; Simulated Trial Teaching and Virtual Simulation Teaching; New Practice Mode of "Off-line plus On-line" . Meanwhile, the author also presents some opinions on the organization and arrangement of the teaching content, the design and innovation of the teaching mode, and the application of modern teaching techniques. It is emphasized that modern technology should be combined with the training of legal talents. Through the combination of modern multimedia teaching and network technology, case teaching and experimental teaching system modeling technology, virtual simulation experiment teaching and other educational means, accelerate the construction and technological innovation of applied ethnic legal talents teaching system, and design a teaching system that meets the needs of modern society.

Abstract:In the context of the country's efforts to promote the "quality revolution" of higher education, it is necessary to actively explore the innovation of teaching mode as the basic course of economics and management. Based on the innovation of OBE-oriented flipped classroom teaching mode, the course of Economic Law highlights the cultivation of student-centered, methodological thinking and application ability, effectively solves the long-standing pain points in the teaching process, and significantly improves students' independent learning ability and professional practice ability. Abstract:This paper analyses the current situation and problems of university education at the present stage, and puts forward that in practical courses, we should make full use of the achievements of teachers’ research practice and the training mechanism of university and enterprise cooperation, integrate PBL teaching mode with traditional practice process, design project topics by a team of teachers with practical experience and practical background, and organize students to follow. Teachers can inspire and promote students' learning process in the course, and formulate reasonable evaluation methods. Introducing PBL teaching mode into practice course can improve students' innovative ability. This paper elaborates in detail from five aspects: teaching method formulation, project design, implementation process, evaluation management and learning effect summary.

Abstract:Curriculum ideological and political construction is a major practice to enhance the comprehensive quality of students in ordinary colleges and universities. The integration of ideological, political and moral education elements into professional courses embodies the teaching goal of "cultivating morality and cultivating people". The tax law course is the core compulsory course for economic management majors. It contains many ideological and political elements. Through the case teaching method, the content of ideological and political education and professional knowledge points are organically integrated to cultivate and enhance students' awareness of the rule of law, public awareness and social responsibility. Abstract:In an environment that aims to promote lifelong and adult learning, legal education needs to be acutely aware of the different skill and learning aptitudes among adult students as well as their motivation and interest. I present a case study of a first-year undergraduate law course, law of business organisation, at the Singapore University of Social Sciences where I used various adult teaching techniques, a strategy of gamification, and digital tools to engage and spark an interest in my law classroom. Overall, students have found the approach successful in cultivating their interests and developing their practical skills. The findings speak to broader concepts of active engagement and developing their practical knowledge to aid law students in their learning and future careers. Albert Einstein once said that ‘it is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge’. 2 The article is divided into five parts, the first part provides an overview of the pedagogy of adult teaching and learning, the second part provides an overview of generic curriculum approaches at the law school, the third part covers the tailored approach to teach adult learners, the fourth part examines in further detail specific teaching methods for a business law module which I am course leader for, and the fifth part explores the effectiveness of these teaching methods.
