Reform and Practice of Power Electronic Technology Course Based on PBL

Abstract:The method of problem-based Learning (PBL) encourages and supports learners to actively explore, cooperate to solve problems, develop interpersonal communication and other comprehensive literacy, and emphasizes the formation process of learners' knowledge and skills. In view of the problems existing in the teaching of power electronic technology, such as emphasizing theory over practice, neglecting the training of independent learning ability, lacking the training of practical ability and innovation ability, the curriculum reform plan based on PBL is put forward. According to the current situation of teaching resources, on the premise of maintaining the traditional lecture-based learning (LBL), we introduced PBL teaching method into experimental teaching, and integrated the knowledge of relevant courses into the situational problems of PBL, so as to realize the integration of multi-course knowledge. The practice of curriculum reform has proved that this teaching method is very helpful to improve students' autonomous learning ability and cultivate their comprehensive quality.
