Investigation and Analysis of Current Situation of Psychological Health Service in Shandong Province

Abstract:To find out the current situation of psychological health service institutes and their staff in Shandong province,a research was made,with the methodology of random sample,into 35 institutes and 61 persons in Shandong by way of self-made questionnaires.The survey data were analyzed according to frequency statistics and one sample T test by using SPSS15.0 software package.Detailed information was gained on the following aspects,the distribution of psychological health service institutes in Shandong;the staff levels;the sites and equipments;full-time and part-time personnel;training of personnel and their professional certificates;the service items and main therapeutic methods;quantity of visitors and types of problems;professional regulations and service tariff.More attention and support are needed from relevant departments and more efforts are needed from the psychological health service staff in order to make psychological health service play a more important role in constructing harmonious society.
