Abstract:This paper studies the factors that affect the changing of precontract discloser time in listed corporation. The study indicates that the managements were prepared to disclose good infoxmafion in advance, and disclose bad news in delay. That is to say that the more the corporations earn, the more likely to disclose in advance; the more the corporations lose, the more likely to delay to disclose. We also fred that assets liabilities ratio, audit opinions, ST companies, independent directors and ownership structure influence the change of annual reports disclose date.
