Abstract:Objective: The HPLC fingerprint of compound Danggui injection was primary establish, under the basic condition, the compound danggui in jection of Rabbit plasma of fingerprint was set up. Method: adopt the HPLC method, the zorbax SB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used, the acetonitrile-water( contain 0.03% phosphoric) as mobile phase, Gradient elution, the detection wavelength was at 300 nm, the ferulic acid as reference material and the correlation coefficient and the cosine of include angle were employed to jude the quality similarity of the sample. Result: the method is precision and reproducible, and the two coefficient can show the similarity of each sample. Conclusion; the study is helpful to understand the distribution. number and dynamic state of chemical composition of compound Danggui injection in vitro and vivo.
