Abstract:Infrastructures are generally public goods.There is the diversity of the ownership,management and governmental regula tion of metropolitan infrastructures of foreign countries that are attributive to the different proportion between public goods and private goods of infrastructures in different countries,to regarding one kind of infrastructures as public good or private good based on the differ ent condition of a country,and to changing one kind of infrastructures from private good to public good adaptable to the level of produc tivity development.
