Abstract:Promoting vigorous development and prosperity of socialist culture falls not only into a category of quantity,but aslo a category of quality.Building up a harmonious culture rooted by the system of socialist core values is the essence request of promoting vigorous development and prosperity of socialist culture.We will make every effort to build up a harmonious culture rooted by the system of socialist core values,to make the culture play a important role in promoting the undertaking of socialism with Chinese characteristics.So,we must grasp tightly the fundamental key of the system of socialist core values to strengthen hamonious culture construction,and solidify the common ideological basis of the joint endeavor of the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups.
