Abstract:It is urgent for modern society to save energy and protect environment. But the efficiency of traditional lighting equipment which occupies a rather high proportion of total electric load is very low. Now, they are more and more instead by power electronics based devices, such as energy-saving lamps or LED lamps. For the different characteristics from that of traditional devices, the new kind of lighting equipment may have uncertain influence to power grid. Firstly, their topologies and control schemes are studied and analyzed. Then, the general models, which are suitable for simulation analysis, are proposed. After that, the simulation study and physical experiment are carried on respectively. It is revealed and manifested that the characteristics of both energy-saving lamp and LED lamp are quite different from that of traditional lamps, and may have adverse impact on the safety and stability of power grid.

Abstract:In order to realize the energy efficient on the traffic and illuminating lights in city, the Intelligent Traffic and Illuminating Control System is proposed in this paper. The working criteria of real-time monitoring and intelligently control are designed. The key technologies including Internet of Things with power line communication by LonWorks technology and the piezoelectric sensor on site detecting are utilized in the research. The traffic density is detected by piezoelectric sensor and is "told" to LonWorks network to adjust the traffic red lamp lighting time and the illuminating time. The working flow of the Intelligent Traffic and Illuminating Control System has been verified to ensure the sufficient capability by Cp 1.72 and Cpk 1.60 within Statistical Process Control. The Energy efficient is achieved by 35.71% electrical energy reduction and 66.67% fuel consumption reduction on the energy saving and the carbon oxide emission reduction, which demonstrates that the Intelligent Control System achieves effective and valuable real-time monitoring and intelligently control with superiority of the energy efficient compared to the previous reports.

Abstract:Lighting design with low carbon emissions indicates that emphasis in this field has deepened from energy efficiency into resource saving,energy consumption reducing,and greenhouse gas emissions decreasing.Based on this particular point,this paper stresses out several technical methods,among which utilization of natural light in buildings is top priority.Sunshading equipments and light pipes to guide natural light into buildings should be widely developed to reduce reliance of building operation on traditional energy.Research and development into high efficient lighting equipments and multi-purpose lighting control systems is also fully required.Moreover,this paper emphasizes the importance of specific standards of lighting design with low carbon emissions,relevant energy product regulations and economic policies,and also encourages awareness campaigns inside enterprises to accelerate the low carbon lighting progress.

Abstract:Most indoor users are unwilling to adjust the lighting equipment and shutters in daily life, resulting in increasing energy consumption of buildings. In this paper, in order to reduce the energy consumption, using fuzzy control to solve this problem. By using fuzzy control, it could control the opening of indoor lamps, and let the shutters could determine the opening degree of the shutters according to the difference between the set illuminance values and the actual illuminance values on the working surface. The results show that the fuzzy control of classroom lighting system can reasonably control the running status of lamps according to the actual situation of the environment and reduce the energy consumption of the lighting system. Compared with the single fuzzy controller, the double fuzzy controller of the shutter can make the difference between the illuminance value of indoor working surface, and the set illuminance value smaller, control the light sources in different areas of the room, and improve the uniformity of natural light in the room. The method proposed in this paper can solve the energy consumption problem.

Abstract:Rising demand with diminishing reserves of oil and gas spread the energy crisis all over the world. Renewable energy and efficiency technology are the keys to resolve the energy crisis. As the improvement in luminous efficacy, LEDs have been an energy-saving choice for general illumination and road lighting. This paper made a comparison between LEDs system and HPS system for road lighting to evaluate which one is more energy efficient and discussed some factors may influence the efficiency of LEDs system and HPS system, such as mesopic vision, dimming, color of illumination. Though the difference in total luminaire efficacy was not that much in favor of the LEDs, LEDs show a promising prospect in the near future because of the dramatic improvement in luminous efficacy.

Abstract:The article presented the energy consuming state in China, the principles and methods of saving energy sources in residential architecture, the requests of saving energy sources in hotel and restaurant buildings. By the analysis of the enclosure structure energy saving capabilities in the new type green building-Concrete Small Hollow Block, the main energy saving measures were described in detail. Finally, the benefit of energy efficiency of buildings is discussed.

Abstract:Aiming at the severe problem of energy shortage nowadays,a illumination system with the combination of solar energy and LED source in order to reduce consumption of indoor lighting is put forward.In condition of large amount of ambient light,the solar cells can supply power for both battery charging and system operation;in condition of little ambient light,the system can be charged by the battery directly.Besides,this system has USB interface through which we can charge the battery in case of long-term low light intensity.This system can realize automatic illumination adjustment and keep the stable illumination in working platform,thus,provide the best luminous environment for long-term white collar workers.Electric power will be largely saved with the automatic illumination adjustment and solar energy charging.

Abstract:Introduction: In the wave of urbanization, the increase of public lighting equipment in buildings has brought about more prominent problems of energy saving and consumption reduction. Methods: In order to solve the above problems, this paper designs a set of intelligent lighting solutions for digital buildings by combining the smart grid and non-dominant sorting genetic algorithms. Firstly, an intelligent lighting monitoring solution is constructed through ZigBee ad hoc network and sensor technology to monitor the relevant environment and lighting control of the laboratory building. Secondly, this paper uses the DIALux software network to build a public lighting light distributiona public lighting light distribution model in the building, and deeply studies the dimming control strategy of the system under the principle of making full use of sunlight and natural light. Results: The purpose ofself-adaptive intelligent control of desktop illuminance, finally using this scheme to achieve the optimal balance of desktop lighting. Discussion: The simulation experiment counts the power data of the intelligent lighting system under different weather conditions. The experimental results verify that the intelligent lighting control scheme can effectively reduce the output luminous flux of the lamps, thereby reducing power consumption.
