Abstract:Because of the legal regulations restriction and the patients' awareness of rights protection,the current clinical practice for the students of obstetrics and gynecology has encountered unprecedented resistance.To ensure the quality of the medical students' clinical practice,as well as,to cultivate the ability of their clinical operation,simulation education has become an effective way to step out of this dilemma.Nevertheless,the clinical teaching model of obstetrics and gynecology used originally was not very effective.In this respect,we' d conducted a special research and improvement.After two years' teaching practice,it' s proved that the clinical skills of students of obstetrics and gynecology had been improved effectively,meanwhile,it had also laid a solid foundation for the training of qualified doctors as well as for reducing medical disputes.

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effect of problem-based learning（PBL）combined with multi-disciplinary treatment（MDT）mode in ovarian cancer unit of clinical oncology in medical graduate students. Methods A total of 54 medical master and doctoral students from Zhejiang University were selected.PBL combined MDT teaching mode was adopted in the unit of ovarian cancer,and traditional teaching mode was adopted in unit of prostate cancer.After class,questionnaire survey was used to comprehensively evaluate the teaching effect of the two teaching models. Results The favorable reception rate and worthy promoting rate of PBL combined with MDT teaching mode were higher than those of traditional teaching mode,and the differences were statistically significant（χ~2=9.56,7.94,P＜0.05）.PBL combined with MDT teaching mode has obvious advantages in improving learning enthusiasm,independent learning ability,clinical ideation,cooperative spirit,problem-solving ability,and language expression ability and increasing course interest,the differences were statistically significant（χ~2=33.66,36.75,26.14,21.51,21.01,31.68,26.88,P＜0.05）. Conclusion PBL combined with MDT model has good teaching effect on clinical oncology,which is worthy of further exploration and practice in clinical oncology education.

Abstract:Objective:To illustrate the effectiveness of Teachermate platform combined with problem-based learning (PBL) in gynecology and obstetrics teaching.Methods:Students from different classes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and the general data of the two groups were compared. The two groups respectively adopted Teachermate platform combined with PBL and traditional lecture teaching methods. The class attendance rate and the scores of relevant chapters in the final examination were analyzed through statistical methods for assessing the enthusiasm of students and teaching quality in class in terms of the same content and the same class hours. A questionnaire survey was conducted to know students' evaluation of this teaching mode, evaluating its teaching effect and satisfaction comprehensively.Results:There was no difference in general information between the two groups. The class attendance rate of the experimental group (274/279) was significantly higher than that of the control group (61/90) ( P=0.00), while the scores of the relevant chapters in the final exam were also significantly higher ( P=0.00). Questionnaire survey results among 93 students in the experimental group were taken back 93 valid questionnaires (the effective rate, 100%), showing that most of the students were very satisfied with this teaching mode (90/93) and hoped to apply it to more subjects teaching (89/93). Conclusion:The application of Teachermate platform combined with PBL in gynecology and obstetrics class teaching contributes to improve students' participating enthusiasm and can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of teaching. Most students highly recognize the teaching method, which is worth applying and popularizing.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of simulator mom(SimMom) simulation education on clinical skills training.Methods 85 five-year medical students of grade 2012 of Shanghai Jiao Tong University were divided into two groups randomly,the control group including 40 students was trained traditional clinical skill,and the experimental group was trained by simulation with 45 students given the same teaching content.After the training,the objective structured clinical examination were used to assess the effects o of the two training methods respectively.In addition,the feedback questionnaire was used to survey the superiority between the two groups.Results Students in experimental group were superior to that of control group in the improvement of clinical thoughts and operating skills,the enhancement the teaching content to master,promotion of team cooperation,help for analysis and solution of problems.The difference between the two group in collecting patients material,clinical record writing,clinical examination and treatment and clinical comprehensive ability had statistical significance.Conclusions SimMom teaching method improves the level of clinical operating skills of medical students and it is helpful to stimulate their studying interest,therefore it is worthy of promotion in training teaching of students of obstetrics and gynecology.

Abstract:Background: To train highly qualified medical talent in 5-year programs and improve students' analytical and problem-solving abilities, it is necessary to change the traditional teaching method. This study introduces the combined teaching method of case-based learning (CBL) and clinical pathway and evaluates its role in practical gynecological teaching. Methods: Medical students in a 5-year program who were enrolled in the fourth year were selected as the research subjects; these students were randomized into two groups that separately received either the traditional teaching method or the combined teaching method of CBL and clinical pathway. Before the internship, a questionnaire was administered to explore students' views of internship in gynecology, and after the internship, the questionnaire was administered to assess the two teaching methods. Furthermore, theoretical and skill tests were performed both before and after the internship. Results: A total of 206 medical students in a 5-year program who were in their fourth year were enrolled in the study. Students in the experimental group performed significantly better than those in the control group. They performed significantly better in the postinternship test than in the preinternship test (P < 0.001). The questionnaire showed that more students in the experimental group thought that their learning interests, clinical skills, case analysis ability, clinical communication ability, understanding of theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking ability had improved and significantly differed between the two groups (P < 0.05). Discussion: Compared to traditional teaching methods, combined teaching method of CBL and clinical pathway can elevate students' academic performance, improve their learning enthusiasm and help promote clinical teachers' teaching quality. Additionally, this novel method is effective in facilitating the achievement of teaching objectives and improving the quality of talent training. Therefore, the combined teaching method of CBL and clinical pathway should be popularized and applied in gynecological practice.

Abstract:Clinical internship is an essential part of medical education. To summarize the teaching experience of the previous five years and investigate the education methods of overseas students in department of emergency combined with the full English overseas students training mode in Capital Medical University. Emergency medicine is a clinical medicine with disease characteristics of emergency, severity, criticality and comprehensiveness, so clinical teaching is of vital importance and it exerts a direct effect on learning objectives. Implementing teachers select "access mechanism" and "teaching a secondary" way of teaching, overcome the language barrier makes the smooth progress of the teaching to ensure teachers continue to inject new blood; Stimulating students study enthusiasm, train emergency clinical thinking and clinical skills by applying teaching methods such as case based learning and problem based learning and using simulation teaching; Establish and improve the feedback mechanisms, discovering and solving problems, prompting teaching physicians the ability to further improve English teaching and teaching quality improvement. With the development of teaching mode of overseas student internship in emergency department, the mode still need to be enriched, improved and enhanced constantly.

Abstract:In the background of observation practice as a mainstream, in order to promote the institution-based learning and professional development of medical students in a real clinical environment, the reflective teaching method was applied in the training at Obstetrics and Gynecology. By analyzing the survey data of 426 eight-year program students who participated in clerkship of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Peking University People's Hospital from 2010 to 2019, this paper expounds the process of clinical training in teaching clinic with reflective teaching methods. The author summarizes the effect of this method. The results showed that the score of the students' satisfaction with the teaching affairs was (96.00±3.38). It is suggested that the implementation of reflective teaching method in Obstetrics and Gynecology clerkship by eight-year program students has a good teaching effect. It provides students with learning opportunities to fully participate in clinical practice.

Abstract:Simulated teaching laboratory of obstetrics and gynecology must be established and well applied in order to overcome the difficulties facing the new social circumstance and improve the clinical training skill of medical students.The Laboratory of Obstetrics and Gynecology in People' s Hospital, Peking University had been used in training program before clinical practice to review knowledge and basic operations.It need more facilities to learn surgery operation and establish an endoscopic training.Medical ethic should be considered all through these training program.
