Abstract:Microbe quantity and harm of food residue in Ji’nan city were analyzed,treating food residue with high temperature and high pressure sterilization process after separation was suggested,solid waste was manufactured into protein feed by drying and pulverizing,oil was extracted from liquid and can be used for industry material,wastewater reached the standard by actived sludge treatment and discharged,hazard free and resource treatment of food residue could be realized.
