Abstract:The design and implementation of a remote monitoring and control system based on CC-Link open fieldbus are introduced.In the system,the servomotor,inverter and D/A converter as the remote equipment stations of CC-Link,by adopting the communication mechanism combined fieldbus and Ethernet module,transfer the collected field data into the monitoring computer for analyzing and managing.The status and data transmission of remote monitoring PLC and remote equipment is implemented.The reliability,maintainability and effectiveness of data transmission are enhanced.

Abstract:With the increase of the number of mines and the depth of mining coal in China, it is more and more important for the safety performance of underground equipment. On the basis of analyzing the coal mine safety production and transportation system, we design the motor condition monitoring system of coal mine belt conveyor, choose high-precision sensors to collect the signals of voltage, current, temperature, torque and speed of the coal mine belt conveyor motor, and use the CAN communication circuit to transfer the collected data to the computer, so as to realize the condition monitoring of the coal mine belt conveyor motor.

Abstract:The fieldbus technology is applied to the auto-control system of the coal unload workshop. The setting-up of the model, the design and the realization of the fieldbus control system are discussed. High-low voltage control systerm structure is analysed. Hardware of fieldbus and communication cards is designed. And the key points of the realization of the system are designated. The prospect of the fieldbus in controlling is also discussed. This technology can be well applied in practicality.

Abstract:It develops a wireless sensor network for mining belt conveyor transportion process monitoring and controlling system based on Zigbee. This system establishes a low cost,self-organizationand low power consumption for large belt conveyor process monitoring of wireless sensor network. Based on Chipcon CC2530 Radio-on-Chip for Mobile and TI company DSP microprocessor chips TMS320LF2406A,it realizes the information transmission between mining belt machine sensor and sensor,and underground monitoring information transmission between the RACES. The wireless sensor networks with convenient expand can avoid the traditional cable way set point decorate difficulty,and have low system maintenance cost. This method can be applied on other conditions in the mining and related industries.

Abstract:In view of the friction and heating between conveyor belt and key components such as idlers and rollers, the internal damage and tear of steel conveyor belt, and high running power consumption in operation process of mine-used belt conveyor, an intelligent monitoring system of mine-used belt conveyor was designed. The system includes damage monitoring system of steel conveyor belt based on weak magnetic detection method, fault diagnosis and early warning system of key components of belt conveyor based on infrared thermal imaging temperature detection method, and coal flow monitoring, foreign matter monitoring, belt tear monitoring and personnel safety monitoring system based on visual detection method, and implementation principle of each system is introduced in detail. The internal damage identification of steel conveyor belt and fault diagnosis and early warning of key components of belt conveyor are verified by experiments. The results show that the system can accurately identify damage of steel conveyor belt with an accuracy of about 98%, and can accurately identify faults of key components of belt conveyor and give early warning.

Abstract:The traditional coal-transport system for the power plant is a semiautomatic system based on relay and manual way.Due to the bad spot environment of coal-transport system,the workers’ health is seriously injured.Because of the large range for coal-transport system,the belt is often deviated and ripped,and the pipe is blocked.So the productivity of the power plant is dramatically decreased.According to coal-transporting of Jilin Dongguan power plant,a coal-transport supervision system based on PLC control network and upper-machine.Its hardware composition and soffware implementation is also described in this paper.

Abstract:In order to know running state of main electromechanical equipments of coal mine,the paper proposed a design scheme of monitoring system for electromechanical equipments of coal mine.The system uses temperature sensor,pressure sensor and electric acquisition box to collect running state data of main electromechanical equipments of coal mine such as fan and hoist,and sends the data to monitoring substations which communicate with upper computer of surface monitoring center through RS485 bus,so as to realize remote monitoring function for underground electromechanical equipments.Long-time performance test result showed that the system has perfect running state.

Abstract:Conveyor belts are widely used in ore transportation in large-scale mines for their long transportation range, high safety, and strong economic applicability. Coal mine belt conveyors are not only traditional, simple mechanical conveying devices but also automatic control system operating devices that integrate safety, stability, and low power consumption. In the process of coal mining, a conveyor belt control system also needs to be closely integrated with modern industrial systems and information systems, which greatly improves its work efficiency. The purpose of this article is to improve the methods for designing automatic control systems for electric motors in order to obtain mechanical characteristics close to a constant power line, which would ensure the reliable operation of belt conveyors. An automatic control system was designed based on the controller Siemens S7-1200; then, a mathematical model of an automated electric drive was developed. Based on the mathematical model, a simulation model of an automatic electric drive was built, and the modes were modeled. After designing, the obtained plots of transients completely corresponded to the required transients, which means that the Siemens frequency converter automatic control system (ACS) parameters were calculated quite accurately and the conveyor electric drive met all requirements.

Abstract:In accordance with the needs of medium or small coal mines,using the computer technology and network technology,a monitoring and controlling system is designed and implemented.It is a typical distributed system,which consists of the industrial PC and intelligent nodes.The design idea,structure and main functions of the system are introduced briefly.The program of the industrial PC is developed using object-oriented method and visualization technology.The program of serial communication is particularized.Moreover,part of codes are provided.The industrial applications show that the system is simple and feasible,and can offer exact information that comes form coal mine in time and decreases accidents forwardly.

Abstract:The integrated system is composed of various sensors, wireless RF module substations, main control module of GPRS module and the host computer in the management center.In each substation, various underground sensors for gas, wind speed, temperature etc. carry out real-time monitoring. When the data exceed the limited values, an alarm will occur. Compared with data transmission through conventional bus, application of wireless communication and GPRS network technologies reduces investment on underground layout, ensures timely, accurate and rapid transmission of data in all key underground mining zones and improves efficiency of the system.

Abstract:Intuitively display system operation parameters are the basis of the implementation for belt conveyor speed regulation and energy-saving control. This paper presents a speed regulation remote monitoring system of belt conveyors based on PLC and king view technology to meet the requirements of visibility, real-time and accurately for belt conveyor speed regulation remote monitoring. This system consists of a hypogyny machine system which considers hardware module as a unit and an upper machine system considering software entities as a unit. Between the upper machine and the lower machine, this paper uses PPI (Point - to - Point) to monitor data remote communication. First, design the structure of speed regulation remote monitoring system of belt conveyor, then design control process of the system, the communications between king view and Siemens S7-200, and king view interface. This system will help to research belt conveyor remote intelligent control of motor speed, then promote energy conservation and emissions reduction about the ports and the enterprises, and realize downsizing efficiency.

The design of the system is based on embeded system and field bus. The system has many advantages used in industry such as multi\|channel, network, practicability and high capability to cost ratio.
