Abstract:In order to detect the pathogens in foods rapidly and accurately , an impedance biosensor is constructed to de-tect some types of microorganisms .The system is a simple , rapid and accurate ,easy-to-line.The detector was based on the technology of MCU .The detecting system consists of keyboard input circuit , modifying the interdigital micro-elec-trodes with the protein A , measuring impedance value , resistor voltage conversion circuit and amplifying circuit , A/D conversion circuit , LCD displaying and alarming circuit etc .The instrument can detect multiple types of microbes simul-taneously , display the contents of microbes on LCD in real-time, and warn the operator with an alarm when the content is out of limit .The hardware and software of the biosensor system are designed using the modular design methods to im -prove stability of the analyzer .The biosensor structure is compact , low cost , highly accurate , and multi-index for rapid detection .
