Abstract:Aiming at problems existing in the traditional microbiology experiment,the teaching content and teaching method were reformed.The technique of microbial experiment was used in specific biomedical engineering areas to establish a special education system.In the reform,based on students' cognitive psychology,teachers tried to stimulate students' initiative to do research step-by-step.Besides,the reform was to explore into new theoretical and practical teaching so that students could address some specific interdisciplinary problems by microbiological techniques and methods.Practice indicates that the reform achieved the desired effect.
