Analysis on the Paris Commune Political Civilization from the Perspective of Political System Reform

Abstract:Paris Commune had realized people’s sovereignty thoroughly and really by its principles of democracy and public servant.People taking leadership is the spiritual essence of Paris Commune Political Civilization no matter on the perspective of the power sources and essence or right function and destination.Paris Commune had superior state system and government system;on the other hand,its political system reflected the superiority of socialism political civilization.It had power balance while democratic centralism,serving type responsibility government instead of old bureaucratic government,effective operation of the social public space,fully secured social freedom,full realization of social autonomy,real performance of social contract,and deliberative democracy inclusive parties.As the pioneer of construction socialist political civilization,the Paris Commune’s political practice has important enlightenment for political system reform in China.
