Abstract:This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of information technology talents and problems existing in specialized teaching,and then presents some thinking and countermeasures to cultivate information technology talents and reform specialized teaching. These countermeasures are to intensify the training of student's ability active practice, improve the method of classroom instruction and advocate the diversified way to judge student 's ability.The reformation's purpose is to explore a effective way cultivating student's multiple ability and innovation consciousness.
