Abstract:During the experiment instruction of the Principle of Communication course,this paper takes the process of frequency-band transmission system of the binary phase shift keying(2PSK)as the teaching case,and investigates the method of simulating experiment of Principle of Communication course for experiment design,testing and development basis on SystemView software.It can vividly present the wave of time -domain and frequency -domain of various key links signal of this system.The result of practice shows that the simulation technology can reform the form of Principle of Communication course experiment instruction and students’learning methods.It can cultivate the students to take the initiative to acquire knowledge,to find and use learned knowledge ability to creatively analyze problems and solve practice problems.

Abstract:A series of integrated practice based on project training is implemented by electrical circuit experiment teaching in our university.The students explore complex projects through design,simulation,making PCB board,testing and presentation.This paper introduces the implementation of one of the projects.Chua's circuit is widely used for Chaos phenomenon in the study of nonlinear circuit theory.By modifying Chua's circuit and analyzing it with Matlab,PSpice software,we carried out the actual debugging.Finally a simple secret communication system is produced,by the software analysis and reality test to prove which realized the secret communication.

Abstract:With the development of E-learning technology, web-based virtual laboratory has aroused more and more attention of educators. In this paper, we describe the design of a web-based electronic circuit virtual laboratory system for digital circuit This system provides the user with real expression, convenient operation and powerful simulation capability. Furthermore, we designed segment-simulation mechanism and circuit status persistence mechanism to realize the simulation process in digital circuit. At the moment, ECVlab (Electronic Circuit Virtual Laboratory) has been implemented and successfully applied in an undergraduate course in Zhejiang University and has gained positive evaluation from the undergraduate students.

Abstract:Programmable system-on-chip (PSoC), which provides a microprocessor and programmable analog and digital peripheral functions in a single chip, is very convenient for mixed-signal electronic system design. This paper presents the experience of teaching contemporary mixed-signal electronic system design with PSoC in the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. An innovative teaching method was adopted, which involved designing a flexible experimental board, designing four experiments of different levels and with different teaching objectives, writing a textbook, and instructing students in out-of-class activities. This paper describes these in detail, as well as the courses in which the method was used, with their course objectives and contents. Finally, the course evaluation results and the design prizes for innovation won by students and teaching awards won by teachers are given, which confirm that this innovative teaching method is effective.
