Abstract:The reform and practice of the undergraduates' experiment teaching management in the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering are discussed.The experimental teaching center is constructed,which centralizes all laboratories separated in different majors and consolidates management for all experiment courses.So,high laboratory resource utilization efficiency and resource sharing are realized,and the laboratory staff can be greatly inspirited to research on experiment teaching and construct the laboratories.The improvement of the experiment teaching quality is thus expected.

Abstract:Advanced teaching facilities and the policy of opening laboratories to students play an important role in raising the quality in the experimental teaching of Genetics. This article introduces the superiority of some advanced instruments and equipment (such as digital microscope mutual laboratory system, flow cytometry, and NIRSystems) in the experimental teaching of genetics, and illustrates with examples the significance of exposing students to experiments in developing their creative consciousness and creative ability. Abstract:Process Control Engineering is a very practical course and the main contents are control system analysis,design and application.To stimulate learning enthusiasm of students and deepen their understanding of the contents of teaching,the independent design and integrated simulation teaching method is employed.Several typical process control problems are given,and each student must select one problem and solve it independently.Students need to build models,design and simulate control strategies,and write research reports.Finally,guided by the teacher,the classroom discussion is carried out.This teaching method can greatly upgrade the student's ability in identifying,analyzing and solving problems.

Improvement of Methods for Controlling Nursing Quality

Abstract:Objective To improve the nursing quality,perfect the nursing management,and ensure the effectiveness of nursing service.Methods We established the nursing-quality-control system and designated the nursing-quality-control standard.Through routine inspection,random inspection,and specific inspection,we improved the inspected contents.The outcomes were compared before and after inspection and the results were analyzed with SPSS14.0.Results Compared with that before improvement,the improved system had a better result to various levels.The following parameters were significantly improved in the modified system(P0.05):the nursing quality,management of nursing units,aseptic material management,first-aid medicine and facility,basic nursing in the morning and evening,nursing plans,and the outcome of nursing measures.However,the amount of patients who were satisfied with the nursing quality dropped after the improvement.Other parameters had no statistical changes.Conclusion Establishing 3-level nursing quality controlling system and inspection panel,improving the inspection contents,exercising the head duty nursing policy,and quality control training can upgrade our nursing quality and level.
