Exploration on Laboratory Construction and Management of First-class University in New Period

Abstract:The importance and necessity of laboratory construction under the new period were discussed.The reforming measures and implementing effect were introduced about the experimental teaching,laboratory building and laboratory management in Shanghai Jiaotong University.The measures include constructing characteristic experimental projects,strengthening independent experimental projects,exploring CDIO experimental teaching method,implementing incentive plans for lab technician,encouraging self-made teaching equipments,developing laboratory management information systems,and promoting undergraduate research programs,etc.
