Abstract:Laboratory is an important place for training students and scientific research in Colleges and universities. The laboratory staff is an indispensable team to ensure the normal operation of the laboratory and the fundamental guarantee for laboratory safety and experimental teaching. For a long time, because the insufficient attention paid to the experimental series in Colleges and universities, the development of the experimental staff is not balanced compared with the teacher series. Labs are accompanied by problems such as poor management, low utilization of instruments and equipment, poor quality of experimental teaching and low enthusiasm for work, so it has become an obstacle to the improvement of teaching and scientific research level in Colleges and universities. By analyzing the problems existing in the management of laboratory staff in the university, combining with the management practice, the corresponding scores are set for different positions of laboratory staff and completed projects, and the method of performance management of laboratory staff with integral system is discussed to provide countermeasures and support for improving laboratory management level in the university.
